It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

It was another busy day at the office again. I was glad to fit in time for my weekly meeting with the guy in Cairo. Even gladder(!) to switch off and head out for what should have been a celebratory meal for my Dad. He would have been 83 today!

We both wanted to look at clothes in M&S, so we headed to Festival City. It turned out, they don't have a decent/reasonably Indian restaurant anymore, so we tried Chinese in the form of PF Changs. We've never eaten there before. As it happens, we've yet to eat there for the first time as the Supervisor came out when I said I had fish allergies! (It was the only way not to have fish in everything). It would take an hour to do a meal which wasn't fried in the same oil as various other things, so we moved on to the California Pizza Kitchen.

This turned out to be an excellent decision as the restaurant has views of the Creek and DFC's "Imagine" show. They, too, had an enormous Christmas tree.

We didn't find what we were looking for, but it was good to be there and for G to get one or two gifts she needed for her colleagues.
