Pine cones.

I can't think of what else to call these little cones which are about the size of cherries. I discovered them when arranging some Christmas lights on this small conifer. The odd one or two have appeared over the years but not this many. A dry, mild, almost Spring like day, so it was a case of prioritising what tasks to attend to.
