Insomnia
Usually, once my head meets the pillow, I'm off to dreamland on the most bizarre and wonderful adventures. I rarely have awful nightmares and remember my dreams in great detail the next morning. Mr. F jokes that once I close my eyes, I give about three breaths before the telltale deep breathing of slumber starts...or light, dainty snoring, as he calls it...sometimes.
If my normal sleep pattern doesn't resume, this will be the fourth night in a row that I toss and turn, feeling like a tiny lit candle in a giant cavern. What gives? All is well...I should be sleeping like a baby...unless it's some weird aligning of the planets/biorhythm thing that I don't know what to do about anyway.
I've gotten some good late night brainstorming done though...projects, ideas swimming through my head...oh my, you don't suppose?.....
