Home comforts

At home with nine cats and two dogs, due to the cold weather and the garden animals reluctance therefore to actually be in the garden when a warm home is available if you're quick enough when she opens the door. My home looks like a train wreck due to much playing and much eating, but I don't really care, with no hot water there's no cleaning to be done, so it's easy to sit in the middle of the mess and knit. 

I also did much eating tonight, when Graham and Kat invited me to spend the evening with them and partakie of their rather tasty cheesy tuna bake, sitting on their seasonally decorated (and glassed in!) and toasty warm balcony.

It's wonderful how satisfying it is to be warm and satiated on a cold winter's night.
