Birthday boy

Our nephew Ben turned 21 today and we were in Paisley for a small family get together. He and his brother are lovely boys and quite happy to let their mum (my sister in law Grace) organise a wee get together. Ben was less keen on a fuss than his brother but he tolerated the requests for photographs from his mum and her sister.

We spent a lovely few hours eating my brother in law’s delicious chilli and enjoying a glass or two of red wine whilst chatting and corralling Phin from eating anything within reach.

Didn’t get home till almost midnight and thankfully the roads were quieter and drier on the return journey. It was filthy driving through at lunchtime and I was glad to be in the passenger seat!
