In sickness and in health

Mrs S still struck down with lurgy so it was a quiet wedding anniversary. Our 35th!

While Mrs S was taking it easy in bed I tried to do some work but was disturbed by the Amazon delivery driver who had taken a wrong turn and ended up getting stuck in the mud in the back field. After an hour of pushing and shoving, me and John (a neighbour) called in the cavalry and Colin came round to tow him slowly out. His contribution was to keep repeating “the Sat Nav told me to go this way”. I had to tell him that wasn’t helping.

Later, I picked up Osh from work and made dinner. Took some through to Mrs S in bed and she managed to eat it all, so hopefully she’s turned a corner.
