Beacon of hope?

This sad looking vessel is tied up at the Quay next to my hotel. It is in a very sorry state of repair, and clearly hopes for someone to rescue it.

It's a very sad contrast to the Discovery, which sits in splendour next to its own visitor centre, less than a mile away and which I photographed yesterday.
