Storm Elin

.... was blowing the leaves off the trees with much gusto. So pretty but not so easy to capture.
Skinned the pickling onions, salted them then moved them to the greenhouse for 24hours. The smell permeating the house ... :-(
Down to CK, walked Indie in a mix of sunshine & cloud. Back at base I pruned back a few of the plants, then coffee, Danish pastries & picking out the gee gee's for the afternoons racing. Ken texted me, the bird table was ready. He very kindly dropped it down to CK for us, I gave it a coat of preservative before setting it in place. Mum was chuffed to bits with it.  A couple of inquisitive callers, checking it out .. Bobby robin, & a Dunnock. Launch day tomorrow.
