Hitting the high spots

Six of us spent an enjoyable few hours in the metropolis of Tobermory. The weather was a bit grey and damp but it didn’t dampen our spirits as we were there to celebrate the 70th birthday of one of our group. We started off with a hot chocolate at the Tobermory Chocolate shop then had a wander around the producer’s market. At 12.30 we gathered for lunch in the conservatory of the Western Isles Hotel (I could make a habit of this.). It was there that I came across this golden fella climbing up a standard lamp.  He must have a good head for heights as it’s a long way down to the Main Street.
