Fading away

I don't think even a good drink of water would revive these, but there was plenty of it about today if it would have helped.  A dreadful day for weather; raining heavily most of the morning and continuing lightly for the rest of the day.  I had to go out for shopping after being away for a few days but would have much rather stayed put and kept dry and warm.

These were part of a bouquet of flowers we got last week; many of them are still going strong but these are now out in the brown bin, having served their purpose on Blip.
