Islands above the mountains

after a beautiful day. 

I turned 68 today and had a long conversation with my big sister in Australia.  She is 77. We could speak any time but she really's nice not bossy to me on my birthday! The highlight of today was grandie Ralph (5 yrs old) on a Whatsapp video singing happy birthday whilst eating his breakfast cocopops with the spoon still in his mouth. He thought it hilarious.

Drinks, tapas, a leisurely lunch, and then to the terraced roof to watch the sunset. Bliss and thankfulness.
