Iris

I needed some flower therapy after some tiresome phone interaction with Lloyd TSB. So for 15 mins or so I flitted round the garden snapping my pretties. That and a glass of wine did the trick

This morning mr Lif informed me at work that the business banking account had locked him out. He called the call centre but while the account is in both her names apparently they will only speak to me. So I called to say please, please speak to mr Lif as I am at work and do not have the gizmo to log in. Johnny no go. Bollix

So when I got back home, I called again. Failed the security questions...how much did you spend at tesco on Friday? Got told to call again and go through the same questions. Got irate. Raised voice to manager at the pointlessness of telling me to call again. Called again. Got further..was assured the code was unlocked. It wasn't...called again...got further. Told it was a known fault. My comments regarding how well known it was...as in no other member of staff knew, fell on deaf ears. Got offered phone banking as a short term solution until Friday when it may or may not be fixed. Refused. Lost the will to live. There are only so many insincere platitudes you can cope with in one day...

Went out to the garden...

Smiled at the flowers
