hurrah!

the septic tank has been emptied after 18 months
i can't tell you how relieved i am!
no need to find an expensive rental until the weather improves.
as this was a reason that the previous company gave...
it was too wet to do anything... 'it's a two man job' is clearly a profit booster
as one man did a stirling job today.
Oh we have nowhere to dispose of the waste...
why oh why didn't they just say we can't be arsed to come out
to you back in May and August and after that too?
i can understand straight talking  - straight talking allows one to move on and find a solution to the problem at hand. 

thank goodness we have now found a company that will attend promptly without putting hundreds of £ on as an emergency that was not of our making, are responsive, friendly and efficient.

i won't name and shame the company we've been over paying for nearly 20 years....but i am so disappointed in them.  My eldest was living here the first time they came - and i remember her saying to the Kindly Mister, why are they being so nasty to mum.  i guess we should have looked for other companies then.
