The Pantomime.

We  went to Aldi in Porthcawl this morning and did a small shop. When we got to the checkout there were only two tills open, but an announcement came over the tannoy, that till 5 would be opening. We loaded our shopping onto the  belt and waited. Another announcement came  to say that till 5 was opening shortly, and then immediately after, till 5 was closing. This happened three times, and all of the customers were wondering what on earth was going on. After about ten minutes, an assistant came, and had no idea what had gone on. She said she didn't hear the announcement as she was loading stock from the fridges, and couldn't hear the tannnoy. What a pantomime.
My blip is of Porthcawl Pavilion, where a pantomime is performed every year. Maybe Aldi should put one on  this year.
