Spring Promise

I bought this wooden planter filled with Christmassy plants a few years ago from B&Q for my daughter. It was heavily reduced and I thought it would be nice outside the house to welcome my granddaughter back home from uni.

I've refilled it a couple of times since and the plants I included last Christmas gave a good show right through the summer too. I brought it home a while ago and dumped it outside a greenhouse ready for refilling. 

Today I noticed that some bulbs are sprouting. How lovely. I think I'll hoik them out and pot them separately.
