It made me laugh....

Up early to go help out at a green social prescribing event this morning at the old Newton Rigg campus. Cumbria currently has a yellow weather warning, but to be honest it wasn't much more than usual.... But of 30+ invitees only the 5 providers and 4 prescribers turned up.... I'm guessing they're not fully informed about the benefits of walking in the rain. Whilst I could see the (darkly) funny side, I felt for H who had put a lot of effort into arranging the event. It put me in mind of my friend J's email signature.... "Intent without action is daydreaming"

Then over to Workington for a short Wellness Walk ahead of the weather, but two new people joined us, well done them. 

Stopped at Derwent Water on the way back, was surprised I could see across as the lake.
