A Pour Day!

Rain, wind and cloudy cold. 

But actually a good day. 

After the last three days we luxuriated in our little hideaway in Shropshire, and enjoyed not having to do much. 

Mrs I was on form, producing porridge (with brown sugar) for breakfast and homemade soup (carrot, parsnip, curry sauce, paprika and onion) for lunch.

A perfect readjustment for my troubled tubes!

I have found a nice quote from a book by an author called Robert Orben, which made me smile.
