Christmas bell

I spent most of the day at home today, doing a few jobs, and getting started on Christmas decorating - setting up the small artificial tree in the family room and decorating the mantelpiece. I’d normally have things up by now, but being away for the best part of a week over Thanksgiving, which we have done this year and last year, sets me back. We did go out together briefly in the afternoon to buy a real tree for the living room, which goes in the front window. We went to our usual place and found a nice one quite easily. Roger had always thought they came from the Upper Peninsula, but talking to the guy today, discovered they come down from Wisconsin, about 40 miles north of where Laura lives!
So it seemed to fit in with the days events and the Tiny Tuesday theme of something seasonal to blip a little Christmas ornament, which one of the girls bought me several years ago. Thanks to Jensphotos for hosting.
