Sunflower

Dropped L off at Granny's this morning before returning home to work for the day.

The plan was to meet MrsT for lunch at the Gyle but I had to cancel sadly due to workload.

I managed to get through so much today and am now more or less caught up with pre holiday workload.

Picked up L at dinner time and she had received her sunflower that she had planted as a seed and fed and watered till this stage.

It's great to see a three year old getting so interested in plants and caring for something when they can see the immediate results.

I even managed to write down some of my best man speech although I haven't done my training material for tomorrow's session.

Think I'll need to wing this one!
