Family Home

We did it! We bought the house we went to see last week :-) I'm so shocked we were the successful buyers as it's in a really popular part of the village and houses are usually snapped up. It's a short-term risk as we will have to rent out our current house until it sells, but worst case scenario we can afford both mortgages if we have a gap in lodgers.

When I was growing up we moved on average every 12 months, so more than anything I wanted a secure family home for my boys. This is our purchase as we chose something for the boys to grow up in until they leave home, and it's not so big we would want to sell when they leave home.

It's so nice for the boys to play outside when they get home - great tractor fun!
