Between the flags

Arnie and IainC ventured into the ocean for a dip before we all headed south on a long and pleasant beach walk. Just a pity the rain joined in part of the way back, but it was good to have a stretch of the legs.

Our planned Portuguese supper was thwarted when we realized that they didn’t open on a Tuesday evening, but our chosen alternative was great. Fish, prawns, calamari, etc were enjoyed at Roes, just a few kms away.

Moving on again tomorrow. Sadly our planned expedition with whales, seals, and penguins seems to be in doubt, but we remain hopeful of a sudden change in the forecast that indicates windy weather..
