Top of the Heap

Still not sure how many there are in there, but this one has certainly fought its way to the top and looks like it means to stay there. It still looks a bit scruffy as the feathers come through, but it's amazing the difference just a few days make to their size, look and ability - which at the moment seems to revolve around eating food. Both parents are in and out of the bird box every few minutes, and only stay seconds before they're out searching for the next mouthful.
