Snow

We awoke to an inch and a half of snow. Couldn't really see the mountains but they were there behind the mist! The dogs were excited about the snow and enjoyed their morning walk before we set off for home. 8.5hours of driving ahead of us. The forest road out was a little slippy in places and some snow on some high passes. We enjoyed lunch at a recommended taco stand in Cache Creek which was delicious as made it into the sunshine at this point. We grabbed a Chinese in town on the way home. Disappointed the trip was over but we had to beat the snowy weather home. It was a nice final adventure for the year!
