Another day, another leak

We found out yesterday that the other dormer window is leaking and we have water in a cupboard that sits between them.

A phone call and another email to NHBC saying that a new..ish house should not be leaking.  We have been waiting several months for them to say if they will cover it... having already turned us down once.  The wait goes on.

Busy day at work, short week this week and had thought it was starting to slow down, but seems not.
