Witch in Cardiff

Today was my last day of working in Cardiff. I was held up in traffic outside an office block and this witch came out with a colleague to have a drink and a cigarette at the front of the building. As I was not going anywhere fast I snapped the shot quickly - I expect it was 'dress down' day or should that be 'dress up' day? At least with our cool weather she was not overdressed...
