A gift from Ireland

My colleague is visiting and arrived with this very interesting looking Irish Black Butter. Not sure what the expected use is as the label just says “cook, bake, spread, mix” so I guess I’ll have to try all four ways :-)

We had planned to walk and talk, which we did… but the constant rain made it slightly less pleasant than hoped.
Maybe tomorrow will be better.
