Frost's Back

The frost returned overnight. The temperature in the greenhouse is -4 degrees. Time to set up the terracotta pots and candle heater.

The girl left today. We had a small pre-birthday celebration for her last night, but she had so many other things to complete and wasn't feeling tip top. Today, she thought she was in control. She thought there was easily time to wrap up work, packing, restore order in her room, and get to the train.......... Needless to say, she started screaming orders, frantically throwing things downstairs for her bag. Her works computer froze, her bag refused to zip up, she almost forgot her lunch, the traffic was terrifying and my stomach was in knots!!! But she made it.

Her man has been back working in London for the last week. She is spending the weekend with him and her besties before she catches her flight on Tuesday.

It's quiet in the house now, and will be for the next 2 weeks.
