Stopping the Traffic

We had a heating oil delivery today, whilst cars could squeeze past the tanker, vans couldn’t so there was some stress on the lane. The main road was apparently closed so traffic was coming around our tiny lane as a bypass. The tanker then encountered a lorry coming the other way as he pulled away to leave…there was horn blasting and grumping from all drivers involved.

I’m just content I have enough heating oil to see us through the winter now.
