Seashore Curiosity
The shoreline today at Wembury Point, near Plymouth was almost deserted. The piles of seaweed were smaller than usual, but sadly in amongst the weed the casualties included a dead guillemot and a large wrasse.
The main is a hand-held, high key, long exposure of the rocks on the shoreline.
The extra shows some unexpected colour. I was surprised when I picked up a crab shell to find that the inside was a deep blue. Nice on it's own, but I added a yellow periwinkle shell. Not sure it really adds much though to the image!
