"A Promising Season"....

...Yes, it appears to be a promising season for the cereal farmers in the Mallee district with good rains to begin the cropping season...we hope so anyway for these farmers who grow wheat, and barley, and oats, some of which you may even end up with in your kitchen in the form of flour, or alcohol and other products but and mostly for the bakery trade..

...When we left our home this morning, I took this shot about an hour away from our home of a wheat paddock freshly cultivated. It was through the fog we drove, and we had to drive slowly and watch out for kangaroos, and ofcourse, oncoming traffic...

...When the fog passed, it was just as sunny once again, and a beautiful day, I wish I could send you some sunshine...
