Trees with Dead pole

Took this today on my lunchtime walk.
The power pole was overgrown at some point and it was decided to poison the climber.
An alternative explanation is that its winter here and its just lost its leaves.

Its certainly seems to be a contrast of life and death.
I thought it was an interesting colour pic.
