The hardest cake I’ve ever baked!

This one was tough and took three attempts at getting the sponge right as it was both gluten free and vegan!

The first attempt was an awful recipe so I chose a baker and book I trust, then forgot the sugar! So the second attempt was a disaster.

Third times an absolute charm and we finally had sponges!

Lots of patience to get the decor just right and I was pleased to get it delivered ahead of schedule !

The customer and recipient loved it!! Xx
