Preparation…

Hello Everyone,

Last night I rode the track at Pompey… Goodness me it was cold. When I got my bike out of the car it was 0.5 degrees. Anyway, I chugged round for about 35 minutes and then headed off to the club house.

I have a specific bag that I keep my gear for visits to Pompey velodrome and I have just restocked it with a fiver in readiness for the next session which is not until 22nd December.
