Beautiful girl

Jasper.. arrived yesterday but without food and toys.. I nipped out and bought the food and today made her a fish toy and found a ribbon.  She needs games often especially when the weather has been so wet all day.. paper stars are also a favourite!
I have made mincemeat today.. this time with coconut milk instead of suet.. do hope it tastes nice it is just that I cannot use normal suet because of the flour content and the veg suet is made of palm oil which I really don't approve of. Next year I may use butter instead.. we will see.  I have only made a little so that I don't have to store it all year.  The butchers round here don't seem to have suet available either.. so needs must.
