Festive log

Left it late to blip again, so had to faff a bit due to poor light...all day actually!. Overnight snow which is slowly thawing out, drizzly rain, misty, and generally pretty unpleasant weather.
Half price electricity offered by my supplier today from 11.0 am to 4.0pm, so did a bit of cooking this morning...katsu curry again with minced beef and veggies. Enough for three or four meals. 
G and I enjoyed afternoon tea and a slice of delicious homemade lemon cake, at B's this afternoon..The best part of the day.. The festive log is the one I  assembled at flower arranging last Thursday:)
