Top of the Pin Oak

Another dreary day but with the addition of rain, so another day of culling photographs.  I’ve been through all my South Africa images, bringing back more happy memories.

I can’t see the top of this tree as there’s a house in front of it, but I do like the shape.

We’ve been very short of blackbirds in recent months but I think the winter ones have arrived as I saw three just before it got dark.  I also just missed seeing what a buzzard was up to under the plane tree as a group of dog walkers went through the parkland.
