A mystery

Yes we have snow. Nowhere near as much as the area around Windermere 10 miles to the north of us. And snow is relatively rare for us.

But we have these mystery prints across our driveway. They come from the back garden and go down the road. It is hard to believe that they are a four legged creature. 
Has anyone any ideas.
