Playing with fire

We went to the hardware store this morning and my husband bought this tube to put in the fire to make colored flames.  It was a little bit of disappointment, but still a cool thing.  Just being a little silly. 
Pixie was more herself today, thanks for all the well wishes.

Started Xmas baking this afternoon: made some amerette (Bitter Almond cookies)  and ciambelle al vino (wine cookies).
