Allanah and a happy Daisy .
Trip to Dublin18 to see Daisy at her loan livery. Choose the coldest day of the winter so far and thankfully the roads were frosty rather than icy. The jeep made an awful noise going up … and coming back . Don’t know if it’s long for this world . Darn it . Again !
I was quite emotional seeing Daisy, it ‘banged’ me right in the chest and i welled up . But it settled and it was so sweet seeing her recognise me and Susan, even if it was aided with carrots in our pockets . She’s really obviously very ok and cared for. We went out for a hack and I loved riding her again, she is a little cracker and it was a great woodland near Dun Laogaire with riding trails and little jumps ( Bonos wife, Enya and Cillian Murphy all walk their dogs there apparently, not that I’d have noticed , I was too busy having pony fun ) :0)
I’m glad I went and hope all stays well for the time being.
