Today was a good day at the pool. I used to swim 50 lengths of breast stroke but six months ago I started to learn front crawl. Today I did 50 lengths of front crawl - yay!!! A famous first :-)

A much warmer day today but I have been busy and it was late when I remembered to take a picture. Here is an indoor rose which came from my daughters garden!!
