Frost And Fog

This morning’s Park Run was the coldest of the winter so far and the frost and fog haven’t lifted all day. The temperature made sure we kept on the move and improved on last week’s times.

Today’s a milestone blip for me, it seems, and I was anticipating a family blip at the restaurant meal we had planned to celebrate Tess’s birthday (which is on Monday when we’ll be away) but unfortunately Kate has gone down with a heavy cold so we’re postponing the meal until next weekend.

Fortunately the trees were looking good in the mist and frost on our walk this afternoon.
