New steamer

For more years than I can remember I have made the Christmas pud using MountGrace's mother's steamer . With a shock we realised that we now have an induction cooktop. Jessie's steamer predated induction by many decades. So we had to buy a new Scanpan steamer, at vast expense. I hope it works as well.
