Chocolate fondant

I guess it’s a knack thing as it’s one of my go to easy puddings, but you see folk on cooking shows getting rather stressed about chocolate fondants.
It was yummy…. And there is one left which I can enjoy on Sunday whilst the boys are at cricket :-)
