Patchwork with a difference
The groundwork chap who did the potting shed base was back today to do some extras, which involved removing the edge of the turf on one side. The plan is to use it to ‘patch’ some bare bits. O put them in the trug for me, they were frozen at that point in time, -4 degrees this morning. I stored them in the potting shed whilst its temperature rose to 14 degrees and they had defrosted. They are now laid out on a bed of potting compost in the trays until I can use them.
