Monster munch

This enormous Bramley apple weighs 550g… I needed them for beetroot chutney making. Most of them in this batch are huge, as are the beetroot, which is down to the weather. Luckily despite being this size, they still taste good.
While prepping this morning I listened to the slimeball Matt Hancock blow his own trumpet at the Covid inquiry. No wonder those weird years were such chaos. It was interesting and revolting all at the same time.
