A smattering of snow

To emphasise the edges and ledges. Hardly lasted.

After that the skies remained leaden until sunset when there was the merest tint to the high clouds as the sun disappeared.

We did our first Joe Wicks today for 4 weeks. Went well considering. Went for a walk afterwards too.

Susan went to see her mum again this afternoon. Doreen didn’t come out today, she may tomorrow. Doreen’s treatment seems to have been effective and the cellulitis is under control.

Her care is a different matter. Very hard to speak to someone who knows what’s happening. She really needs geriatric care for everything and is not getting it. Soup in a bowl and white bread with a pat of butter. None of which she can manage.

We’re not sure either if her diabetes is being managed as she has been given cartons of orange juice. It’s a real strain for Susan
