Peering under the Pier.

I'm not sure if the repair work has started or it is inspections taking place. The pier has been closed during the summer because of maintenance needed, at a high cost it seems.
I have added  an extra of a couple of photographers concentrating on a frosty shoreline. I didn't like to disturb them.
(Shock, Horror! The tide has been in recently, not common in Southport)
