Deer deer!

Still miserable but not quite as cold, and the rain seems to be easing off. We went out to buy some cod from the market, but the price has jumped up this week, so we ended up with a whole turbot instead. The fishmonger filleted and skinned it for us too.
Then we stopped off at the winery to stock up with the new batch, before the prices all go up on Jan 1st (they do it because it’s traditional I think) and we saw their deer outside again. They look a bit worse for wear this year, but I still like them.
I’m trying to convince Mr F to make one for me, as we’ve got plenty of logs!
