School traffic patrol

We travelled to Te Awamutu early this morning to be there in time to get Sophie to school for her traffic patrol duties.  Her mum had to start work early. That's Sophie with her back to the camera and her sister, Libby crossing the road with her Aunty and her granddad. They walked to school because Libby's car seat was still in her mum's car and she told us in no uncertain terms that she was six and had to have a car seat.  As there wasn't one for her, they walked her to school and I drove Sophie as she had to be there earlier.
