Too early

A bitterly cold start to the day, the car was frozen solid but hubby defrosted it for me before he headed off to work.
The cabin was only 4 degrees when I got there, at 5 degrees the thermostat on my heater kicks in to try and keep the cabin from getting too cold, and so thankfully my cabin was warmer than some of the others.
It’s far too early to be getting Christmas cards in the post but one had landed on the doormat today. I haven’t even bought any cards yet.
